I have used Service First for residential and commercial a/c for many years and have always had outstanding service. I had my unit replaced in less than 24 hours after it failed at 6 pm yesterday. By 9 am today, Heber, Adrian and Servando were at my home to remove the old system and replace it with the new one. They were professional, attentive, clean and punctual. The new unit was up and running by 1:00pm. Very appreciative of my cool air now!

Rolando has been to my house a few times to fix some AC issues. He has always solved my problem and explained clearing what the unit is doing incorrectly, and what we can do to fix it in the moment as well as what we can do in the future to prevent these issues from happening again. aC unit stopped working. I was in a panic. I called at 7:03pm and service completed by 9:20pm same day. Incredible speed and service. I was full explained the next steps services completed timely.

Jack came out on a Sunday to diagnose what was wrong with our A/C system. He was quickly able to identify the problem. Parts were needed that had to wait until Monday, but first thing Monday he was back with the parts and had the system blowing cool air again. This was a huge relief as we had family from out of town staying with us and another night without cool air would have been bad. When I purchased my house 5 years ago I had issues with my AC unit. I called a company who told me I needed a new unit immediately. I made a call to service first just for a second opinion. They assured me all I needed was the unit charged and instead of a 10,000.00 bill it was around 200.00. I have used them many times since. Last night my AC stopped working and I called Service First. Not only did they respond at night in the middle of a heat advisory, they arrived within 90 minutes with a team. In another 90 minutes I was up and running. I am older with medical conditions and have 4 dogs I was concerned about. ADRIAN was my absolute hero. Not only was he the most professional repair person to ever visit my house he went so above and beyond to assure my comfort in the heat to include washing my vent covers. I was totally amazed and completely satisfied!!! If you need AC work call service first and ask for ADRIAN! You will be amazed. THANK YOU SERVICE FIRST ESPECIALLY MY NEW FRIEND ADRIAN!!!
